67.14  Jurisdiction over Sub-Contractors

The Adjudicator shall not have jurisdiction to determine the Building Contract Dispute or the FM Agreement Dispute but the decision of the Adjudicator and/or the courts shall, subject to clause 67.11 (Reference to the Courts), be binding on the Contractor and the Building Contractor insofar as it determines the issues relating to the Building Contract Dispute and on the Contractor and the FM Contractor insofar as it determines the issues relating to the FM Agreement Dispute.
