82.3  The Contractor shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Authority against all Direct Losses [and Indirect Losses] incurred by it in respect of any breach of this clause 82 by the Contractor and/or any act or omission of any sub-contractor which causes the Contractor to be in breach of this clause 82.
