2.2  The time lag for calculating the Unavailability and Service Failure Deductions means no Deductions will be payable in the first Payment Period and Deductions incurred in the first Payment Period will be accounted for in the calculation of the Monthly Service Payment for the second Payment Period and so on throughout the Contract Period.9
