6.2  Cap on Service Failure Deductions

The Authority may not, in respect of any Payment Period, make Service Failure Deductions which are greater than 30%17 of the total Monthly Unitary Charge.  Deductions which, but for this clause, could have been made by the Authority will be permanently disregarded for the purposes of this Schedule 6.
