Definitions And Interpretations

In this Deed unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

"Lender" means any organisation providing funding to the Contractor in connection with the carrying out of the Works;

Unless expressly defined in this Deed, any defined term in this Deed shall have the same meaning given to such term in the FM Agreement.
