8  No Variation To Fm Agreement Without Authority's Consent

The Contractor and the FM Contractor undertake with the Authority not to vary or depart from the terms and conditions of the FM Agreement without the prior written consent of the Authority, and agree that no such variation or departure made without such consent shall be binding upon the Authority, or affect or prejudice the Authority's rights hereunder, or under the FM Agreement or in any other way.
