2.1  Maintained Packs

The following procurement packs (which include sector specific model PFI contracts) are maintained by Local Partnerships to reflect relevant changes in law and SoPC, the latter drafting provided by HM Treasury. Sponsorship provided by the relevant central government department contributes to the cost of this exercise and is gratefully acknowledged by Local Partnerships on behalf of local government.
