3.4  Downloading a Word version of a Procurement Pack

Affinitext stores all the original documents for the Local Partnerships Procurement Packs as editable Word files. You can access and download these documents via the Supporting Documents button in a Book.

STEP 1: To access the Supporting Documents for a particular Procurement Pack in the library, we suggest you first open all the Books relevant to that Pack. To do this, select the "All Books" category in the library that relates to the Pack you wish to access. This puts all the Books in that Pack onto the bookshelf.

STEP 2: Now click on the Open All button, which opens all the books on the bookshelf in a new web browser window.

STEP 3: In this new web browser, click on the Supporting Documents button as shown in the screenshot below. This opens a listing of original Word documents.

STEP 4: You can now download any number of these Word documents by creating an archive of the documents you wish to download.  To create the archive, tick the documents you want to download and click on the Create Archives button. This will create zipped files, which you can save to your hard-drive.
