Financial Advisory Templates

The Advisory Templates include:

•  2 Refurbishment Capital Costs template

•  3 HRA Dwelling Numbers template

•  4 VfM Optimism Bias Rationale

The Financial Templates are not mandatory but are provided on an advisory basis to local authorities. Their completion and submission is not required by the HCA.

However local authorities may find their use helpful in respect of project development and procurement. They may also be used in their current or amended form to support OBCs and FBCs at the discretion of local authorities.
