Accommodation Change Protocol

4ps have developed change protocol drafting for accommodation PFI projects. Subject to the following; this drafting has been approved by PUK as fully compliant with SoPC 4 requirements and should be used in conjunction with all 4ps procurement packs and model PFI contracts.

Separate change protocols have been developed for street lighting, waste and BSF schools schemes using this drafting as a base. The Street Lighting change protocol will be published on the 4ps web site as part of the street lighting procurement pack and model documentation shortly. The BSF schools change protocol will be published by Partnerships for Schools in due course and the waste change protocol will be available from WDIP when ready for publication.  

On the next update of our model form PFI contracts the attached Change Protocol will be tailored for each sector and incorporated into the relevant Model Contract. In the interim, please use the attached Change Protocol as a basis for developing bidders approach to change over the term of a long term contract, during the competitive dialogue bid process.
