This Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions (ISDS) is being made available only to those Bidders who have been pre-qualified and, from the initial stage of competitive dialogue, have been short-listed for further competitive dialogue on, and to bid for the Social Care project (the Project).  The ISDS is made available on condition that it is used in connection with the Solution and for no other purposes.
