The Local Authority believes that it has the appropriate powers to enter into a Contract in the form of the Model Contract.

The Model Contract has been drafted in a form that will permit a certificate to be issued under the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997.

[Bidders should be aware that the PFI Contract must comply with the PFI criteria as published by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and Department of Health.  Bidders will be deemed to understand those requirements.
