Site Analysis

Bidders must submit a written response to the analysis of the proposed site given in the ISDS Information. The commentary should adequately cover the design implications of the following issues, where identified in the site analysis:

•  local setting and community context;

•  existing facilities and estate [and any survey information included];

•  planning and infrastructure issues (including pedestrian, cycle and road access) and development or ecological zones;

•  historic issues and archaeological zones;

•  topography; and

•  sun paths and views.
