Construction

Bidders are requested to provide a commentary explaining their approach to construction of the Facility. The text commentary should cover as a minimum the following:

•  the development approach and site logistics; and

•  main construction risks;

•  the approach to project commissioning and hand over ready for use; and

•  the approach to minimise/avoid disruption to existing facilites
