Detailed Requirements for Refined Solutions

The ISRS should be prepared in accordance with the detailed bid requirements set out in Appendix 2 of these Instructions.  The Instructions at Appendix 2 replace the instructions included in sections [insert details] of the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders.
