1.1  Insured Property

The permanent and temporary works, materials [(including but not limited to equipment supplied by the Authority)]1, goods, plant and equipment for incorporation in the works (other than constructional plant, tools, accommodation and equipment belonging to or the responsibility of the Building Contractor) and all other property used or for use in connection with works associated with the Project.
