2.4 Service Provider to Demonstrate Compliance
Following notification by the Service Provider in accordance with clause 2.3:
(a) the Authority shall, within two (2) Business Days of receipt of such notification, serve written notice on the Service Provider either:
(i) requiring the Service Provider to demonstrate, within two (2) Business Days of such request, to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction, that the Service Provider has complied with the requirements of clause 2.3; or
(ii) confirming the Authority's satisfaction that the requirements of clause 2.3 have been complied with;
(b) if the Authority serves a notice pursuant to clause 2.4(a)(i) and after the demonstration referred to therein the Authority shall serve a written notice either:
(i) stating it is not reasonably satisfied that clauses 2.3(a) to 2.3(c) (inclusive) have been complied with and such notice shall include the Authority's reasons for its decision; or
(ii) confirming the Authority's satisfaction that the requirements of clause 2.3 have been complied with;
(c) where the Authority serves written notice pursuant to clause 2.4(b)(i) the Service Provider shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the requirements of clauses 2.3(a) to 2.3(c) (inclusive) are complied with;
(d) once the Service Provider has satisfied the requirements of clauses 2.3(a) to 2.3(c) (inclusive) it shall serve a further notice on the Authority to that effect and paragraphs 2.4(a) to 2.4(d) (inclusive) shall apply until the Authority is reasonably satisfied that the Service Provider has complied with the provisions of clause 2.3 and serves a notice to that effect.
