3.2  Relevant Discharge Terms

The relevant discharge terms within the meaning of Section 6 of the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997 are set out in Section 2 of Schedule 13 (Compensation following Authority Default, Authority Voluntary Termination or Relevant Discharge Terms).
