5.1  Property of the Authority

Subject to clause 5.2, all New Apparatus shall become the property of the Authority upon the date when such New Apparatus is Certified or if clause 13 (Inspection and Completion) does not apply to such New Apparatus, on the date it becomes part of the Project.
