6.1  Existing Apparatus

From 00.00.01 on the Service Commencement Date, and thereafter until it reverts to the Authority in accordance with clause 6.5, all risk in the Existing Apparatus shall be borne by the Service Provider.  The Service Provider shall, in providing the Service and at its own cost, take such steps as are necessary to repair or replace any item of Existing Apparatus which for any reason is damaged (whether as a result of accident or vandalism or otherwise) so that the Output Specification and the other requirements of this Contract are complied with.
