7.2  Restriction on Transfer and Disposal

Subject to clause 7.3, the Service Provider shall not sell, lease, transfer, grant rights over or otherwise dispose or part with possession of (or purport to do any of the foregoing) or any interest in any item of Apparatus without obtaining the prior written consent of the Authority.
