7.5  Obligation to make Equipment Available

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  make the Service Provider Equipment available for such use as may reasonably be required by the Authority or its employees or agents in connection with this Contract (and in the case of an Emergency in connection with such Emergency); and

(b)  procure that the Service Provider Equipment is insured in respect of such use throughout the Contract Period and in accordance with the provisions of clause 31 (Insurance).
