8.1 Management Information System

With effect from the Service Commencement Date, the Service Provider shall procure that there is an Management Information System in the agreed form in place for use in relation to the Project which shall:

(a) accurately identify all of the Apparatus;

(b) accurately store all information in relation to the Apparatus which is or may be relevant in respect of the implementation of the Service;
