8.3  Provision of Information

Upon any request by the Authority, the Service Provider shall provide to the Authority hard copies of all or any part of the information contained in the Management Information System.  The cost and expense of providing such copies to the Authority shall be borne by the Authority save in circumstances where the Authority is unable to access copies of the Management Information System on-line by reason of any fault or problem relating to the Service Provider's information technology systems or the Management Information System does not comply with the requirements of clause 8.2, in which case all of the cost and expense of providing such copies shall be borne by the Service Provider.
