9.4  Standard on Expiry

The Service Provider shall perform the Service such that at the Expiry Date (or, if earlier, the Termination Date):

(a)  all Lighting Columns shall comply with the certification requirements of PS1 of the Output Specification; and

(b)  all Lighting Columns shall have a minimum of five (5) years life remaining during which they shall comply with PS2 of the Output Specification on the basis that they are maintained in accordance with the standards set out in the Output Specification; and

(c)  all Apparatus shall comply with the requirements of clause 9.3 (Maintenance) and other relevant parts of the Output Specification.
