9.5  Reporting of Incidents

Any incidents or occurrences which in the Service Provider's reasonable opinion may have a material impact upon the provision of any part of the Service and/or the compliance by the Service Provider with its obligations in this clause 9 shall be notified to the Authority in writing by the Service Provider at the earliest opportunity.
