10.1  Inconsistencies

The obligations in clause 9.2 (Standard of Service) are independent obligations and:

(a)  the fact that the Service Provider has complied with the Method Statements (or any of them) shall not be a defence to an allegation that the Service Provider has not satisfied or complied with the Output Specification; and

(b)  the fact that the Service Provider has satisfied and complied with the Output Specification shall not be a defence to an allegation that the Service Provider has failed to comply with the Method Statements (or any of them).
