11  Design of Apparatus

Design of Apparatus

The design of all Apparatus and the way in which such Apparatus is installed in accordance with this Contract (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include the Service Provider's proposals as to how the Apparatus shall be installed and any plans for such installation) shall constitute a Reviewable Item and the Review Procedure shall apply in relation to the Authority's right to comment upon such matters.
