5  This is repeated in paragraph 4.10 of the Output Specification.  On a Project specific basis, there could be one programme during the Core Investment Period which covers not just the Installation of Replacement CIP Apparatus and removal of CIP Apparatus but also includes the maintenance and lifecycle activities.
