12.3  Amendment of Core Investment Programme

The Core Investment Programme set out in Schedule 5 (Core Investment Programme) shall be:

(a)  revised every three (3) Months so that the information set out in clause 12.2(b) is up to date;

(b)  be amended from time to time in accordance with clause 12.5.
