12.4 The Annual Investment Programme
The Annual Investment Programme for the first Payment Year is set out in Schedule 6 (Annual Investment Programme). No later than three (3) Months before the commencement of each subsequent Payment Year the Service Provider shall submit, pursuant to the Review Procedure, a draft Annual Investment Programme in respect of the subsequent Payment Year which shall contain the following information:
(a) details of the Service (excluding the Core Investment Programme Service) that the Service Provider intends to undertake in the relevant Payment Year (on a street-by-street basis);
(b) details of the Apparatus which the Service Provider reasonably believes it will replace in the three (3) Payment Years following the Payment Year to which such Annual Investment Programme relates;
(c) having made due enquiry, details of significant transportation projects or other programmes of works that the Authority (as Highways Authority) or a third party is planning to carry out during the twelve (12) Month period following the date of the relevant Annual Investment Programme;
(d) having made due enquiry, details of the relevant activities of any Statutory Undertaker in the affected streets and how the Service Provider intends to co-operate with the same,
and the Annual Investment Programme shall, during the Post Core Investment Programme Period, comply with the provisions of Method Statement 1B (Post Core Investment Period Programme).
