12.8  Obligation to Remove

Irrespective of any provision to the contrary in the Core Investment Programme, the Service Provider shall complete the Removal of the specified percentage of CIP Apparatus stated in column 3 of Table 1 by the Milestone Completion Date (Projected) stated opposite in column 2 of Table 1.
