13.8  Non-Compliance

If the Authority does not agree with the Service Provider's written confirmation issued pursuant to clause 13.7 then the Authority shall, within five (5) Business Days of receipt, notify the Service Provider accordingly, giving details of the affected Apparatus and the grounds of non-compliance (which, to the extent considered appropriate by the Authority, may include information relating to inspections carried out by the Authority during the installation of the Apparatus).  Following any such notification, the Service Provider shall, as soon as possible, consider the details of the notification and confirm whether or not it agrees with the Authority's notification.
