13.9  Rectification

Where the Service Provider agrees with the Authority's notification given pursuant to clause 13.8, the Service Provider shall as soon as possible, take such steps as it considers necessary to ensure that the relevant new Apparatus is Compliant.  The Service Provider shall notify the Authority on completion of the relevant steps and the provisions of clauses 13.6 to 13.8 (inclusive) shall apply until the Authority accepts the Service Providers written confirmation or the matter is referred to Dispute Resolution.
