13.10  Dispute Resolution

Where the Authority has served notice pursuant to clause 13.8 but the Service Provider does not agree with the Authority's notification, the parties shall use their reasonable endeavours in good faith to reach agreement by discussion, but if no agreement is reached either party may refer the matter to the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
