13.12  Certificate of Compliance

Upon the agreement between the Authority and the Service Provider that the relevant Apparatus is Compliant, the Service Provider shall issue to the Authority a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to Method Statement 16 (Commissioning) together with a Snagging List.
