13.16  Management Information System

Details of all New Apparatus shall be included in the Management Information System within two (2) Business Days of the issue of a Certificate of Compliance pursuant to clause 13.1(d) or clause 13.12 (as the case may be) and from such date shall be subject to Performance Standard 2, Performance Standard 3 and Performance Standard 4 as set out in the Output Specification.
