14.2  Sub-Contractors

Where any aspect of the Service is performed by a Sub-Contractor, then the provisions of this clause 14 (in so far as relevant or appropriate to the activities to be performed by such Sub-Contractor) shall apply in respect of each Sub-Contractor (and the Service Provider shall procure that such Sub-Contractor shall comply with the same).  Provided that this clause 14 shall not be construed as requiring a Sub-Contractor to have their own Quality Plans or to appoint a separate Quality Manager but only to comply with the relevant sections of the relevant Quality Plan.
