15.1  Resources and Training

The Service Provider shall procure that:

(a)  there shall be at all times a sufficient number of Personnel (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff) engaged in the provision of the Service with the requisite level of skill and experience;

(b)  there are sufficient Personnel to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absences and anticipated and actual peaks in demand for each part of the Service;

(c)  all Personnel receive such training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Service under this Contract;

(d)  all Personnel are appropriately qualified; and

(e)  from the Service Commencement Date keep evidence of all relevant training and instruction of all Personnel together with relevant certificates and qualifications, (and update the same), copies of which shall be provided to the Authority on request.
