15.2  Personnel Polices and Procedures

The Service Provider shall procure that there are set up and maintained by it and by all Sub-Contractors, and their sub-contractors, involved in the provision of the Service personnel policies and procedures covering all relevant matters (including discipline, grievance, equal opportunities and health and safety).  The Service Provider shall procure that:

(a)  the terms and implementation of such policies and procedures comply with Legislation and Good Industry Practice; and

(b)  they are published in written form; and

(c)  copies (and any revisions and amendments to them) are forthwith issued to the Authority.
