15.3  Conduct of Staff

The Service Provider shall procure that the Sub-Contractor, and its sub-contractors, shall comply with the Authority's Policies relating to the conduct of staff and security arrangements.  The Authority (acting reasonably) may:

(a)  instruct that disciplinary action is taken against any member of Personnel (in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment of the employee concerned) where such employee misconducts himself or is incompetent or negligent in his duties (in which case the Authority shall co-operate with any disciplinary proceedings and shall be advised in writing of the outcome); or

(b)  where the Authority has reasonable grounds for considering that the presence or conduct of any member of Personnel at any location relevant to the performance of the Service is undesirable, require the exclusion of the relevant employee from the relevant location(s).13
