15.4  Provision of Information

Without prejudice to any other obligations of the Service Provider in this Contract, and to the extent permitted by Legislation, the Service Provider shall, within a reasonable period of any request by the Authority, provide to the Authority all information (including any documents) reasonably requested by the Authority relating to Personnel including, without limitation, information (and any documents) regarding the training, skills and competency of each Personnel, the numbers of Personnel employed or engaged in provision of the Service and the terms and conditions of employment or engagement of such Personnel.  Provided that the Service Provider shall not (other than pursuant to clause 31.10 (Provision of Information)) or clause [0/33A.15] (Retendering - Employment Obligations) be required to provide details of the remuneration of any Personnel to the Authority.  The Authority shall, upon making a request pursuant to this clause 15.4, explain to the Service Provider the reason for such request.
