15.6  Service Provider's Responsibility

Save as expressly provided in this Contract, the Service Provider shall be entirely responsible for the employment and conditions of service of its Personnel and shall procure that a Sub-Contractor and any of its sub-contractors is likewise responsible for its Personnel employed by them.  The Service Provider shall carry out such checks as may be required in order to comply with Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
