15.8  Statutory Equality and Race Relations

The Service Provider shall, and shall ensure that each Sub-Contractor shall, comply with any requirements and instructions which the Authority reasonably imposes in connection with the statutory equality and race relations obligations imposed on any public sector body including, without limitation, the new gender duty to be introduced by the Equalities Bill, and the Statutory Code of Practice on the Duty to Promote Disability Equality due to come into force in December 2006 and the Race Relations Act 1976 (as amended by the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000).
