16.1 Health and Safety Policies etc
The Service Provider shall comply with and shall procure that all Service Provider Parties shall comply with:
(a) all applicable health and safety precautions necessary (whether required by Legislation or not) for the protection of itself and all Service Provider Parties;
(b) all applicable rules, regulations and requirements of statutory or regulatory authorities concerning works and fire prevention;
(c) the Authority Health & Safety Policy; and
