16.5  Health and Safety Documentation

The Service Provider shall, and shall procure that a Sub-Contractor shall, retain records relating to health and safety at work where there is a strict liability to so maintain such records pursuant to Legislation and shall, if reasonably requested by the Authority, provide copies to the Authority of all certificates, approvals, records and/or other documents.
