17.4  Excusing Cause

In respect of any Apparatus which is affected by the Relevant Highway Works an Excusing Cause shall apply in respect of such Apparatus for the period between the Temporary Suspension Start Date and the Temporary Suspension End Date (as extended or reduced) provided that the Service Provider, acting in accordance with Good Industry Practice, could not reasonably be expected to mitigate any material interference or obstruction to the Service Provider's obligations under this Contract.
