18.9  Indemnity

The Service Provider shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Authority on demand against all losses arising from or in connection with:

(a)  any act or omission by the Service Provider in relation to or in connection with the matters referred to in clauses 18.1 to 18.8 (inclusive);

(b)  any failure of the Service Provider to comply with its obligations as set out in clauses 18.1 to 18.8 (inclusive); and

(c)  any damage or loss suffered by an Owner as a result of any act or omission of the Service Provider.
