19.1  Service Provider to Secure Access

Whenever the due performance of the Service necessitates the Service Provider entering land off the highway in connection with the installation of Apparatus which is outside the control of the Authority, the Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to secure access to such land for the Authority and the Service Provider for such period as may be required by either of the parties to facilitate the due performance of this Contract.
