20.2  Rights of Access

The Authority and/or a representative of the Authority may:

(a)  enter upon any property used by the Service Provider to perform the Service to inspect the manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of the Apparatus and to monitor compliance by the Service Provider with its obligations under this Contract;

(b)  at all times enter upon any property used by the Service Provider as training or workshop facilities and places where work is being prepared or materials being obtained for the Project.
